These terms govern your access to and use of cvparser.io (the "Service"), operated by Hi-Mind Ltd. By creating an account or sending an API request you agree to these terms.
We provide a JSON parsing API for CVs/resumes. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Material changes that affect existing customer integrations are announced in the changelog at least 60 days before they take effect.
You're responsible for keeping your API keys secret. We aren't liable for losses from compromised keys you've failed to rotate. You must be at least 18 to use the Service.
Don't use the Service to process CVs you don't have a lawful basis to handle (see GDPR Art. 6). Don't reverse-engineer the Service or use it to build a competing product. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
Credits are non-refundable except as required by law. Unused credits expire on the schedule shown at purchase. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice for new top-ups; existing credits keep their original rate.
Either of us may terminate at any time. We'll process refunds of unused subscription fees pro-rata. Pay-as-you-go credits aren't refundable on termination.
The Service is provided "as is". Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of London.
