This policy describes how Hi-Mind Ltd ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit cvparser.io or use our API. For the CVs you send us, see the DPA — we act as a processor.
Account info (name, work email, company). Usage logs (API key id, IP, timestamps, parse outcomes). Billing info (handled by Stripe — we never see card numbers).
To operate the Service, prevent abuse, support billing, and contact you about your account. We don't sell personal data, ever.
Strictly-necessary only on cvparser.io. No third-party analytics on the marketing site by default. Inside the dashboard, we use a first-party cookie for session auth.
Account data: until you delete the account, plus 90 days. Logs: 13 months. Billing records: 7 years (UK tax law).
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection. Email privacy@cvparser.io and we respond within 30 days.
